Carlo Dagondon is from Temecula, CA. He has been in the barbering interesting for 10 years and got his education at Associated Barber College in San Diego, CA. He got his career started at 18/8 Fine Men’s Salon before committing 5 years of his career co-founding Bellus Academy’s barbering program alongside Manny San Martin. Within that time he improved his knowledge and craft in men’s hair, working his way up from teacher’s assistant to department manager. 2021 saw Carlo step away from education and now works at Good Company Barbershop. Outside of his career he spends his time (with his wife and daughter) riding road and gravel bikes, camping, hiking, fishing, making fishing lures, trying to relive his rock climbing hey-days, and “snakker-ing” Dansk med sin datter.
